Another game for the RM Blitz. Save Your Mother is about exploring the globe in an attempt to find a cure for your deathly sick mother. It has a cool battle system.

Stitched is a horror game made with RPGMaker. I received a code from the developers for the purpose of playing this for the channel. The story follows a girl who supposedly died and then woke up in a facility with a much more doll-like appearance. There are a lot of dolls in this one.

Whenever I complete any kind of artistic expression, such as a movie, game, book, or traditional piece of artwork, I always like to sit back and think on what that particular work brings to society. Everything exists for a reason. That reason could be vapid or greedy, it could be troubling or even predatory. But as consumers it is our assignment to uncover these reasons and make them known.
Perhaps it has a beautiful artstyle or pushes itself as a social commentary. Perhaps it just wants to see you have fun or challenge the mind. Art reflects life as the old saying goes and life itself as meaning. So is it a stretch to assume all art has meaning too?
The meaning of a work can sometimes be to teach consumers about foreign or difficult-to-grasp concepts. And sometimes in a way that encourages people to do their own research after putting the work down. That was the inspiration behind my thesis on how one would incorporate quantum theory into narrative.
The trilogy of video games I am covering with this thesis incorporates this topic into its plot in a way that’s intriguing, relevant, and encourages further research. This series got me interested in quantum theory, and I would love to explain why.
The events of the previous night left everything in ruin. Friends scattered, motives revealed, the stakes are truly raised. The Woodland District calls again but this time with intent for truth.
Cuphead is a run-and-gun platformer with a wide variety of bosses; and it’s all within the style of a 1930s cartoon. This is probably my personal game of the year, and I just had to do a playthough of it.
This isn’t any normal playthrough however. Orange Panda is joining me again as we talk over this game in the form of post commentary. In addition, all bosses are replaced with their Expert mode counterparts for an added challenge.
I may not be the greatest at tactics games, however one I grew up with and have always enjoyed is a obscure spin-off game for the Game Gear titled Sword of Hajya. This game is a childhood favorite and I cannot wait to share it all with you.
Autism is a developmental disorder typically diagnosed in children that makes communication between peers more difficult, as well as various other quirks. Max, an Autistic Journey is game created by a father and son, based off of a day in the life of a young individual with autism. The game itself is in the style of a top-down RPG, and uses the active imagination of Max in order to overcome everyday challenges.
I really enjoy this game. It sort of reminds me of an Earthbound-like with how a lot of the monsters and obstacles are down to Earth. However the context of using the active imagination of somebody with autism to rationalize it all makes it much more real.
The game is also very educational as well. Everything aspect of how autism is portrayed is well-researched or at least drawn from real-life experiences. There is a lot here, yet it’s sown into the narrative in a way that makes sense. Overall it results in M,AAJ coming off as one of the most subtle PSA games I’ve ever played, and the fact that it is also a fantastic RPGMaker experience makes it that much more special.
I received a code form the developers to showcase this project. As someone diagnosed with autism at a young age myself who plays a lot of RPGMaker, I really wanted to share this fun game with the world.

The Tech District is an unusual place inside and out. Within the isolated city is a bothersome tower made of light that emits abstract monsters and beasts. With the help of some friends, our heroes discover and search for the dungeon’s magical leader.
Sonic Mania is a game created by fans for fans. The team was made up of several long-time fans with a history in fangame creation. The result was a success, and I wanted to stream the game as a long-time fan.
Recently I hit 1000 subscribers, and to celebrate I ran an art contest with the theme of Stick Ranger. The winner would get to decide which team I complete the game with, and the winner was DanQZ.
