Rhythm Editor ver1.3

Another feature has been added to Rhythm Editor’s select menu.  This time, it’s now possible to change the pitch of instruments after you assign them.  It’s kind of cool.  I sort of wish you could change the pitch of each individual note, but that might be for a future update.
